About CommPassion
CommPassion was founded in 2019 by Indra Herlambang, Nadia Mulya, and Lenna Tan, each with over 20 years of experience in professional public speaking.
We are passionate about sharing knowledge and insights in communication, online and offline, spoken and written, to empower a new generation with comprehensive communication skills.
Beyond training and self-development, CommPassion also creates communication-driven content and organizes impactful events, all with passion and attention to detail to deliver excellence for our clients.

NADIA MULYA, S.Psi., S.E., BBA (Hons), MSc
Founder
Nadia Mulya is a communication practitioner, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Certified Professional Coach, and a Psychology graduate from Universitas Pelita Harapan. With extensive experience as a Master of Ceremonies (MC), moderator, and writer, Nadia has been trusted to host and facilitate a wide range of forums and events. She also actively shares her knowledge and experience through training programs at CommPassion. Her passion for communication, personal development, and building meaningful connections allows her to create learning experiences that are both inspiring and practical. Through her work, Nadia encourages individuals to communicate with greater confidence, awareness, and purpose. Beyond her professional pursuits, Nadia is deeply passionate about children's education and environmental sustainability. As the founder of Clover Kids Center, she contributes to supporting children's growth and development through assessment and therapy services. Through Langit Biru Pertiwi, she also develops environmental education programs and contributes to waste-to-energy initiatives as part of her commitment to creating sustainable social and environmental impact.
